24 Jun Netherlands Embassy Press Statement on the Occasion of the Attack over the LGBTI Centre Skopje
The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands strongly condemns the Saturday attack on the LGBTI Centre in Skopje, which is a project financially and morally supported by the Embassy.
We appeal to the authorities to condemn any acts of violence which endanger the safety and security of the citizens.
The Embassy also urges the authorities to undertake a thorough investigation and bring the perpetrators to justice, as well as to do their utmost to protect the property and the safety of the citizens regardless of their social status or beliefs.
