СТЕФАН БОГЕСКИ

Stefan Bogeski (b. 1988) is a human rights advocate, cultural organizer, and industrial designer based in Skopje. He graduated in Industrial Design from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Skopje in 2010 but has since dedicated his work to activism, gender equality, and the intersection of art and social change.

Since 2016, Stefan has been part of Coalition Margins, working on initiatives that promote human rights, gender equality, and the protection of marginalized communities. He is also an active member of the Network Against Discrimination, advocating for systemic change and inclusive policies.

As a core team member of the Queer Arts & Culture Festival – Skopje Pride Weekend, Stefan helps curate performances, discussions, and artistic productions that challenge norms and expand queer representation. He was also part of the organizing team of FirstBorn Girl, a feminist festival amplifying marginalized voices.

Beyond activism, Stefan co-runs Дiskorдia – Possible Soundtrack to the Fall of Patriarchy, a radio and DJ duo exploring music as a tool for resistance and transformation. His love for contemporary performance, literature, and pop culture informs both his creative and professional work.
