19 Sep RANBIR CHARMS MUMBAI’S SEX WORKERS
Mumbai, Sep 15: While shooting with sex workers for a shot in upcoming film ‘Rockstar’, Bollywood’s chocolate hero Ranbir Kapoor sang for them to make them better and at ease before the shot began.
In the movie, there involves a scene where in Ranbir sings for Mumbai’s sex workers. Director Imtiaz decided to keep it real by shooting the scene Grant Road here.
The women were excited to meet Ranbir in person but were equally nervous about facing the camera. Just to make them feel better and ease their tension away, Ranbir got friendly with them. A source on the sets said, “They (the sex workers) were very shy initially. They were reluctant about coming in front of the camera, but Imtiaz and Ranbir spent some time talking to them and created a comfortable environment after which we commenced shooting.”
The source added that after the shoot Ranbir gladly obliged and gave autographs to them and also posed for pictures with the sex worker
